Terms of Service

Welcome to Apex Trader: City Tycoon ("the Game"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Game.

I. Virtual currency and assets

All dollars, valuations, net worth, loans, investments, equity, and other values in the Game are virtual. They exist only for gameplay, do not represent any real money or financial product, cannot be exchanged for cash, physical goods, or other services, and may not be traded between players outside the Game. "Trading," "lending," and "investing" in the Game are simulated gameplay only and do not constitute investment advice of any kind.

II. Accounts

1. You can sign in with a Google account or a Pass Card. Your Pass Card and PIN together are the key to your account, so keep them separate and safe. We cannot recover accounts lost because they were not kept safe.

2. Each account is assigned a public 8-digit Player ID that never changes.

3. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Once deleted, your game assets are cleared, your posts are deleted, and your profile is anonymized. This cannot be undone.

III. Code of conduct

Do not post illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, fraudulent, harassing, or advertising content. Do not use bugs, cheats, or multiple accounts to farm game resources. Do not impersonate others. Content that breaks these rules will be removed, and accounts with serious violations will be banned.

IV. Reports and enforcement

You can report inappropriate posts and block other players. We handle reports within 24 hours.

V. Changes to the service

To keep the game balanced, we may adjust game rules and values, market algorithms, and events. When necessary, we may reset some game data, and we will announce it in the Game in advance.

VI. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is." If service interruptions or data errors occur due to network issues, device problems, or force majeure, we will do our best to fix them, but we are not liable for anything beyond the loss of virtual assets.
